Programme Management Unit

The organizational structure is operated under the following 4 major teams.

1. Program Development and Research Development,
2. Program Delivery
3. Monitoring & Evaluation and
4. Operation and Support

A team manager leads each teams; all of them at a senior position in the organization. Team managers will be members of Program Management Unit (PMU) and PMU is chaired by the Executive Director. PMU is responsible for day to day management and program execution including program implementation plan, periodical reports, recruitments, implementation of policies & guidelines and coordination with the government, donors and other relevant stakeholders as per necessary.
